The hook grip practice was strange for me. Im not used to applying a hook grip with my oly lifts, but I guess thats the point. I was able to get the hook grip PC with 225#

The hang PS felt light and easy with 95#
The 20 DB walking lunges was 40 total steps (I hope). Those I was able to keep my back leg straight and touch my hamstring to calf on the front leg deep into the lunge. 35# all three sets.
