  1. 45 minutes on an Airdyne went by faster than I thought it would. All in all, it felt good.
    Swimming sprints... More like sinking sprints. For me I find it more of a struggle to stay afloat. My shoulders get smoked, my lungs get smoked and I drink my body weight in ounces in pool water. I need to keep practicing to get more efficient at swimming.
