Set 1 - Clean & jerks unbroken. I went into the run feeling my legs from the CJ, but they still felt good. The row I finished at a sub 1:35 pace. Entire set 3:00 flat
Set 2- Starting fatigued from the first set. The CJ were broken, 10 reps, then 5. The run absolutely sucked. My legs felt heavy and the run felt slow. The row wasnt a problem to repeat a sub 1:35 average for the 250m. Total set 2 time, 3:37
Set 3 - Starting in a greater fatigued state than the second set, and happy it was the last one. CJ, 5, 3, 3, 3, 1, 1, respectively. Fatigue set in early and my breath felt like it was the limiting factor. The run was heavy, slow and painful. The row, just like the previous sets, was short, fast and sub 1:35. Total time for Set 3, 3:57
